my approach

My style is human, inclusive, playful and approachable. I use humour and  I am straight talking when needed! I work creatively, relationally and collaboratively, adapting my approach to the unique needs of each individual, family,  couple or system. I bring my professional training and knowledge while respecting you as the expert of your own lived experiences. I hope to create a space where you can talk openly, reflect safely and  begin to create healthier patterns of communication and  or (dis)connection.

My practice aims to be affirming of neuro-diversity, informed from through work in CAMHS and voluntary agencies, and ongoing learning from those with lived-experiences.
