Hi there
Welcome to the Circle Therapy Space.
I believe connection and meaningful relationships with others are at the heart of our wellbeing and if these are feeling disconnected and not functioning in the way that we want, it can be deeply upsetting. As a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, I take this relational approach to therapy. I take into account how our histories, environment, personal and social context and issues around discrimination and power can influence relationships and our emotional wellbeing.
I offer therapy to individuals, families, couples/relationships, young people, foster and kin carers in Histon, Cambridge and online.
Do get in touch for if you would like to talk more,
Gurdeep (she/hers),
Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.
We start with a free 20 minute call to talk through your questions, your hopes, and to see if we can work well together. After this I will send you an information and consent form, and confirm the date, time of the session.
We’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy and begin to understand your experiences. Together we’ll agree who should attend, how often we’ll meet, and develop a therapy plan together.
We will meet on an agreed basis; weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs and mutual availability.
We will work together to create a safe base to explore and understand, challenge and reflect.
We will review our work together regularly, monitor developments and progress seen and agree on and ending.
A relational, creative 1:1 therapy space based around your needs.
A space to address relationship challenges, repeating patterns and fall outs, improve communication, or consider kinder endings.
A space to widen the lens of understanding and slowing down to find ways to hear each other again.
A therapeutic space for foster carer, kin carers and adoptive carers
